With more than 25 years of real estate experience, including providing placement and strategic consulting services both as principal and agent, Ms. Lashine brings senior-level attention to every client assignment.

As a strategic consultant within the real estate industry, Ms. Lashine has advised leading institutional real estate investment advisors and managers on product development and expansion, the implementation of institutional marketing initiatives, and the organization of professional teams. She has also been directly involved in the formation of investment products across the equity and debt markets and along the risk-return spectrum from core funds to opportunity funds.

Ms. Lashine earned a BFA in Dance Theatre from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she graduated with majors in finance and marketing. She is a member of ULI and WX (Executive Women in Real Estate) and is a past board member of Pension Real Estate Association.


Ms. Coulson is a Partner at Park Madison Partners where she brings extensive experience in originating, structuring and placing limited partnership interests in real estate private equity funds in both developed and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2013, Ms. Coulson was a Director at MVision Private Equity Advisers and an Associate at JT Partners. She began her career at IRR Corporate & Public Finance facilitating public financing and economic incentives for private real estate developments.

Ms. Coulson received a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law with a certificate in international trade and finance and earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.


Mr. Kohn is a Partner at Park Madison Partners focused on capital formation, strategic advisory services, and client management. He has over 15 years of finance experience in real estate and banking. 

Mr. Kohn re-joined Park Madison Partners in 2016, having previously been with the firm from 2011-2013.  Prior to re-joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Kohn was a Senior Vice President at Akridge where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring joint venture partnerships with industry-leading institutional investment firms.  He also acted as a senior advisor to one of the largest privately owned private equity real estate firms in Europe providing them with strategic advice on capital formation with a focus on North American investors. 

Mr. Kohn has extensive international business experience, having lived and worked in both Europe and Asia.

Mr. Kohn earned his B.S. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.


Ms. Cummings is a Partner at Park Madison Partners focused on capital formation, strategic advisory services, and client management. She has over 35 years of real estate experience across a wide range of roles including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, and capital formation.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Ms. Cummings was a Managing Director at MetLife Investment Management, where she was responsible for the development and management of relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Prior to joining MetLife, Ms. Cummings served for nearly 15 years at JPMorgan Asset Management, helping to expand JPMorgan's real assets group into the institutional advisory space. Before JPMorgan, Ms. Cummings served as a portfolio manager at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Prior to that, she was a President and owned a majority interest in Net Lease Partners. She started her career at W.P. Carey in 1982.

Ms. Cummings attended Stanford University where she studied English.


Mr. Foster is a Principal at Park Madison Partners focused on capital raising and advising our global private equity real estate investment management clients.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Foster previously held the title of Managing Director with Commonfund Capital focused on advising non-profit and mission-based organizations in constructing their private equity and real asset investment portfolios. He has 15 years of experience in business development, specifically in alternative investments through Primaries, Secondaries, Co-Investments and Separate Accounts at Capital Dynamics working with North American investors and at CastleOak Securities generating commitments in real estate and real-estate securities funds. Mr. Foster began his career in corporate finance as an investment banking Associate at JPMorgan and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Def Jam Recordings / Sony Music.

Jack received a B.S. in Accounting from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a member of several organizations in his community, including: Hyde Leadership Charter School Brooklyn Board of Trustees Advisor, National Association of Securities Professionals New York Chapter, and served as Co-President of the Robert Toigo Foundation Alumni Association, an organization that fosters career advancement and increased leadership of underrepresented talent through greater inclusion in financial services.


Mr. Sweeney is responsible for project management and manager due diligence at Park Madison Partners.  In this capacity, he works with Park Madison’s senior principals in providing capital raising and advisory services to the firm’s commercial real estate clients, and also leads underwriting of the firm's new business prospects.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2012, Mr. Sweeney was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank.

Mr. Plangger is responsible for project management and supporting the firm’s capital advisory capabilities. In this capacity, he works with Park Madison’s senior principals in providing capital raising and advisory services to commercial real estate clients, and is also involved in the underwriting of new business prospects.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2016, Mr. Plangger was an Associate in the Alternative Investments Group at J. P. Morgan Private Bank. In this role, he was responsible for marketing hedge funds, private equity, private credit and private real estate investments to clients throughout the U.S.  

Mr. Plangger earned a B.S. magna cum laude from Fordham University.


Ms. Heymann is an Associate at Park Madison Partners focused on capital formation, strategic advisory services, and client management. 

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Ms. Heymann was a Senior Associate at GLL Real Estate Partners where she was responsible for asset management and business development.  Before joining GLL, Ms. Heymann was the Director of Client Strategies at Sinvin Real Estate in New York.  Ms. Heymann began her career in office leasing at Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, DC office. 

Ms. Heymann received an MBA from the Yale School of Management and earned her undergraduate degree in Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia School of Architecture.


Mr. Chickinell is responsible for project management and manager due diligence at Park Madison Partners. In this role, he works with Park Madison’s senior leadership team providing capital raising and advisory services to the firm’s commercial real estate clients and helps underwrite new business prospects.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2017, Mr. Chickinell was a Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, & Structured Finance Group in San Francisco, CA. He began his career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Washington, DC.

Mr. Chickinell received a B.B.A. from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary.


Ms. Rawald is responsible for project management and manager due diligence at Park Madison Partners. In this role, she works with Park Madison’s senior leadership team providing capital raising and advisory services to the firm’s commercial real estate clients and helps underwrite new business prospects.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2018, Ms. Rawald was a member of Cerberus Capital Management’s Capital Formation Group where she assisted the in-house fundraising efforts. She began her career as an Analyst on the securitization team at CCRE, a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and a leading non-bank commercial real estate lender based in New York City.

Ms. Rawald earned a B.A. from Emory University.


Ms. Parker is responsible for overseeing and supervising the day to day business activities and the employees at Park Madison Partners.  She has been the firm since its inception in 2006. 

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2006, Ms. Parker was the assistant to the Head of Institutional Sales & Client Service at John A. Levin & Co.  Prior to that she was a Portfolio Assistant at Rockefeller & Co.


Mr. Foster serves as a Senior Advisor to Park Madison Partners. Mr. Foster has over 30 years of real estate and finance experience and has raised over $5 billion of capital for real estate investment firms. Previously, as Founder and CEO of Quince Hill Partners, he represented Rockspring LLC, a London-based firm that invests throughout Europe, and completed two successive start-up funds totaling over $300 million for Covenant Capital, a multifamily real estate investor.

Prior to working with Covenant, Mr. Foster raised $1 billion in three successive real estate investment funds for Rockwood Capital, based in Greenwich, CT and San Francisco. Mr. Foster was also responsible for successfully structuring and marketing the first two institutional real estate funds for Taylor, Simpson Group, raising $400 million.

He began his real estate career with JMB Realty, where he was a senior marketing professional involved in fund raising and client service for almost 400 investors participating in a wide variety of investment funds.

Mr. Foster practiced law from 1980 to 1982 with Chadwell, Kayser, Ruggles, McGee and Hastings. He graduated from Duke University in 1976 with a B.A., magna cum laude, in economics. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1979.

Mr. Hulsey serves as a Senior Advisor to Park Madison Partners. Mr. Hulsey is a Partner at Paxion Capital, LP, a private investment firm based in Menlo Park, California.  Mr. Hulsey retired from J.P. Morgan in 2013 following 12 years as Managing Director and Regional Executive for J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where his responsibilities included all of J.P. Morgan’s private banking activities on the West Coast and in Hawaii.  From 2001 until its dissolution in 2008, Mr. Hulsey also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan's California-based trust company, J.P. Morgan Trust Company, N.A.

From 1990 until 2001, Mr. Hulsey was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan and its predecessor firm, Hambrecht & Quist, where he was promoted to Managing Director and head of the Private Placements Group.  Prior to banking, Mr. Hulsey practiced corporate and securities law at White & Case in New York and at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco and Palo Alto.  He is a member of the bar in the states of California and New York.  Mr. Hulsey received his B.A. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.  

Mr. Hulsey is completing his third term on the Board of Trustees of Crystal Springs Uplands School, including three years as Board President.  He is Chairman of the Retirement Plans Committee of The Pacific-Union Club of San Francisco.  Mr. Hulsey previously served on the Board of Directors of the Hillsborough Schools Foundation, the Board of Trustees of the Hillsborough Beautification Foundation and as Reunion Gift Chair for his 20th, 25th and 30th reunions at Harvard Law School.  Mr. Hulsey is a founding member of the Harvard Law School Dean’s Leadership Council.


Mr. Lorentz serves as a Senior Advisor to Park Madison Partners, and is responsible for sourcing capital from investors domiciled in the Middle East. He has over 30 years of experience in investment and private banking across the Middle-East, Africa, and Latin America regions. He has extensive experience of treasury trading, private equity, Shari-a finance, real-estate as well as governance, risk and compliance. Eric also serves as a Senior Advisor for Berenson & Company (New York) and Global Council (London).

Mr. Lorentz received a BA from American University of Beirut and an MBA from UCLA. He is enrolled in the ICA International Diploma for Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and he speaks five languages.


Mr. Ludwig serves as a Senior Advisor to Park Madison Partners, and is responsible for sourcing capital from investors domiciled in the Middle East.  Mr. Ludwig has over 50 years of experience in institutional real estate.  From 1996 until 2010 he was the Sr. Relationship Manager - Real Estate/Middle East for ING Real Estate Investment Management Group.  In 2010 he became a consultant to USAA Real Estate and in 2013 founded Ludwig Capital.

Prior to joining ING, Mr. Ludwig was a founding partner of Westmark/TCW Realty Advisors from 1981 to 1995. When the firm was sold to CBRE, Westmark/TCW had 160 employees and over $4+ Billion in assets under management and he became Vice Chairman, a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of what is now CBRE Investment Advisors, part of CBRE.

Prior to co-founding Westmark/TCW Realty Advisors, Mr. Ludwig was employed from 1964 to 1972 by Coldwell, Banker, a predecessor of CBRE, and served as Director of Commercial Properties for half the U.S.  In 1975 Ludwig was appointed First VP, National Accounts, responsible for developing/maintaining all relationships for CB divisions with major retailers and developers throughout the United States and abroad.

Bruce Ludwig has a long history of involvement in the Middle East.  He is presently a Trustee of The American University in Cairo.  He is a board member of the American Research Center in Egypt, Egypt Exploration Society, a former Trustee of Trust for African Rock Art, American Institute of Archaeology, The Institute of Oriental Studies, Earthwatch International and The Institute of Human Origins.  He is an elected fellow of the Royal Geographic Society of the UK and The Explorer’s Club in the US.  Mr. Ludwig is on the International Advisory Board of Defenders of Wildlife and The Council of American Overseas Research Centers.  He is a founding Trustee of the African Elephant Research Trust, Lion Guardians and Coral Reef Foundation and Wildlife Direct.   He is a founding member of the International Council of Advisors of National Geographic Society.

Mr. Ludwig graduated from California State University with a B.S. in Finance.


Mr. Lyons serves on Park Madison’s Advisory Board.  He has over 30 years of real estate investment banking and capital markets experience, and is responsible for generating over $20 billion of commercial real estate transactions through sales, financing, and strategic advice.  Mr. Lyons has placed approximately $300 million of real estate equity capital on behalf of U.S. family office investors since 2014.  He also currently serves as a Senior External Advisor to McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Lyons is a successful entrepreneur and business executive, having founded and managed real estate-related businesses through multiple economic cycles.  In 1996, he founded Granite Partners LLC, a boutique commercial real estate investment banking company with offices in New York, Texas, and California.  Mr. Lyons sold the business to Savills llc in 2007, at which point he became President and CEO of Savills’ North American subsidiary, a position he held through 2012.  Savills is a publicly-traded company on the London Stock Exchange, and Mr. Lyons was a member of Savills’ Group Executive Board.

Prior to forming Granite Partners, Mr. Lyons served as a Principal and Managing Director at Eastdil Realty, specializing in the disposition and restructuring of commercial real estate on a single asset and portfolio basis.  Mr. Lyons started his career at Spitzer and Feldman, P.C., where he practiced law in the areas of commercial and residential real estate.

Mr. Lyons received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and earned a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Lyons has been a regular expert commentator for major media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, NBC Nightly News, Bloomberg News, BusinessWeek and TheStreet.com.


Mr. Moss serves as a Senior Advisor to Park Madison Partners. He has over 16 years of real estate investment banking and capital markets experience.

In addition to advising institutional owners, operators and developers of commercial real estate, Mr. Moss has played strategic principal roles in multiple real estate investment platforms. He is currently a partner of Catalyst Housing Group, an affordable housing investment firm he co-founded in 2015.

Mr. Moss earned a B.S. from University of California, Davis and was a four-year member of the basketball program. He is a member of Urban Land Institute where he is a past member of the organization’s Affordable & Workforce Housing Council and a current member of the organization’s Technology & Real Estate Council.
