Andrew Ahn
Associate
Mr. Ahn is responsible for project management and manager due diligence at Park Madison Partners. In this role, he works with Park Madison’s senior leadership team providing capital raising and transaction advisory services to the firm’s real estate clients and helps diligence new business prospects.
Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2025, Mr. Ahn was an Associate at TPG in Product Strategy where he focused on co-investments, business development initiatives, and capital formation. Prior to that, Mr. Ahn worked on the deal advisory teams at Greenhill & Co. and PNC.
Mr. Ahn earned his B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University and graduated with a senior thesis on developmental economics.

What is the most important part of your job?

What’s your favorite way to spend time off?
I am an avid skier to spending time on the mountains with my family and friends is my favorite way to refresh and relax. Either that or playing soccer!
