Ms. Coulson Naik is a Partner at Park Madison Partners where she brings extensive experience in originating, structuring and placing limited partnership interests in real estate private equity funds in both developed and emerging markets.
Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2013, Ms. Coulson Naik worked in private placement at MVision Private Equity Advisers and JT Partners. She began her career at IRR Corporate & Public Finance facilitating public financing and economic incentives for private real estate developments.
Ms. Coulson Naik received a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law with a certificate in international trade and finance and earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.

What do you like best about your job?
Definitely the people and relationships. There are so many brilliant and talented people in the institutional real estate industry, and I feel fortunate to be able to speak to so many of them on a regular basis.
What advice would you give to real estate sponsors seeking to access institutional capital?
Know your audience! Institutional investors are sophisticated, and they are constantly getting bombarded with investment opportunities every day. You are competing for their time and attention as much as their capital, so communicating your value proposition clearly, succinctly, and persuasively is key. Having a great placement agent also helps!
What are some of your interests outside of work?
With great wanderlust, when I’m not on the road fundraising you’ll likely find me away on my next travel adventure!
