Mr. Anthony is a Partner at Park Madison Partners focused on capital formation, strategic advisory services, and client management. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate equity and debt investment management.
Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Anthony was a Senior Director at USAA Real Estate and Square Mile Capital where he was responsible for the development and management of relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Prior to joining USAA Real Estate and Square Mile Capital, Mr. Anthony spent nearly 5 years at MetLife Investment Management as part of the initial team that built out the third party investment management platform and managed relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Prior to MetLife, Mr. Anthony worked at PGIM Real Estate for nearly 6 years across real estate equity and debt strategies.
Mr. Anthony has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from University at Albany, State University of New York and an MBA from Rutgers Business School, Center for Real Estate.

What do you like best about your job?
I really enjoy helping emerging managers with building their businesses and watching their businesses mature. It requires a lot of collaboration, problem solving, and creative thinking which are all very rewarding to me both personally and professionally.
How do you and your team define success on a capital raise?
Reaching the target size on a capital raise is certainly the easiest benchmark to define success, but there’s much more to it than that. Our goal is to bring our clients high quality institutional investors who will be reliable long-term partners in the growth of their business. So, a truly successful capital raise would see the establishment of those investor relationships, with potential to strengthen and grow the relationships over time.
What’s your favorite way to spend time off?
My family and I enjoy the great outdoors. I try to spend as much time as possible outside with my kids. We enjoy making memories together on the water, fishing, hiking, and playing sports.
