Mr. Galleshaw is responsible for project management and manager due diligence at Park Madison Partners. In this role, he works with Park Madison’s senior leadership team providing capital raising and advisory services to the firm’s commercial real estate clients and helps diligence new business prospects.
Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2022, Mr. Galleshaw was a Director within Institutional Investor’s investment consultancy business, ManagerMatch, where he was responsible for client management, manager sourcing and due diligence.
Mr. Galleshaw earned an BA in Economics from Boston College.

What do you like best about your job?
I’m fortunate to work at a firm that strives to be at the forefront of emerging trends in real estate. We meet with thousands of real estate investors, managers, operators and thought leaders each year to uncover best-in-class fund managers and operators. As a result, I spend most of my time speaking to and learning from some of the smartest people in the industry.
What is the most important part of your job?
Communication. Our ability to communicate clearly with our clients and with prospective investors is the difference between success and failure. As a full-service advisory firm, we work with our clients on all aspects of capital raising, from marketing materials and market positioning to due diligence and investor introductions. Our ability to clearly communicate a manager’s investment strategy and competitive advantages creates a more efficient fundraising process and allows our clients to focus on what they do best: invest.
What are some of your interests outside of work?
I am a huge sports fan. I’ve always lived close to Boston and followed Boston’s sports teams closely. I was lucky enough to grow up in the golden era of Boston sports: 12 championships since 2000 and many more championship appearances!
