& Answers

How did you end up in your role at Park Madison?

After working in Blackstone Alternative Asset Management group, I wanted to make a pivot back into Real Estate and work in more of an entrepreneurial environment where I could have a direct impact on the business. One of the firm’s senior partners knew a mentor of mine from the University of Missouri, so I reached out to her directly and also applied online through LinkedIn.

What differentiates Park Madison from other placement firms?

Park Madison is unique in that we exclusively focus on raising capital for real estate and real estate adjacent sectors like infrastructure. Our firm has unparalleled insights in the real estate industry given the broad universe of investors we engage with across both our placement and capital advisory businesses.

Another key differentiator is that we are entirely employee owned. The majority of the distribution team has an ownership stake in the business which fosters an entrepreneurial environment across the firm and mitigates against turnover. Additionally, we have robust project management team that is widely considered to be one of the best in the industry.

Name one thing most people don’t know about you.

Most people do not know that I have a deep interest in supply chains and logistics. I interned with Huhtamaki Americas while in college after winning their student sales competition. During my internship, I spent time in their supply chain management division and learned to appreciate the complexities and considerations that are made to deliver products that an average consumer might not recognize.
